About North&Found

I built this because I know what it feels like to be carrying too much, and how different everything gets when you’re not carrying it alone.

North & Found is a concierge background support and strategy practice for creatives and entrepreneurs who are building something real but drowning in everything that comes with it.

The graphic design. The website. The content. The strategy. The back-end that never quite gets done because you’re too busy doing everything else.

That’s my work. And honestly? I love it.

Except for me is not a throwaway line. It’s the whole point.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

Hi. I’m Kylie.

I started North & Found during one of the harder seasons of my life. The kind of season where you’re rebuilding in more ways than one — professionally, personally, practically. I was working from a borrowed space, figuring out what I had to offer, and learning that clarity doesn’t usually arrive before you start. It arrives because you do.

What I brought to that season was the same thing I bring to every client now: the ability to see what’s actually there, name it clearly, make a plan that holds, and get to work.

I’ve spent years supporting creatives, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and nonprofits, doing the work that keeps things moving behind the scenes. Graphic design, website builds and updates, social media, content strategy, systems, communication. I’ve sat in on the hard strategy conversations and I’ve handled the Tuesday afternoon tasks that no one else wanted to touch.

I’m good at both. I genuinely enjoy both. That combination, thinking partner and executor, is what makes this work different.

You don’t need more advice. You need someone who shows up and handles it.

Most business support falls into one of two categories: people who tell you what to do, and people who do tasks you hand them.

North & Found is neither of those things exactly.

I think alongside you. I help you get clear on what actually needs to happen. And then I do it or I build the structure so it stays done.

No handing you a strategy deck and disappearing. No waiting to be told what to work on next. Just steady, capable, thoughtful support from someone who actually cares whether your business moves forward.
